บทคัดย่อ

The mutual collaborative action research aimed to develop a long term care (LTC) service system for
community older persons. It comprised of 3 phases: 1) Situational analysis phase,99 older persons were assessed
for LTC needs using health profile tools and data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The LTC service system
provided by 3 sectors (health, social, and community) was interviewed from 14 key informants using interview
guidelines. Results showed older persons needed LTC but the services were fragmented; 2) Implementation
phase, LTC services were developed with the collaboration of 86 participants from three sectors. Development
process comprised of 4 steps, building collaboration, awareness, integrated care center, and integrated LTC service
management; 3) Evaluation phase,114 key informants were interviewed using focus group techniques. Data were
analyzed using content analysis. The developed integrated LTC service system helped older persons get access to
LTC services in community.
