his descriptive research aims to synthesize the research from master students of gerontological nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kean University. Forty-one theses and independent studies were synthesized. The meas-urement used is a research synthesis form that was developed by researchers. Descriptive statistics and qualitative methods are used to analyze the data. This research found that the most researchers studied at hospitals (90.24%),studied in patient groups (92.7%), and focused on disease conditions (80.49%). Cerebrovascular disease and hypertension patients were the biggest group studied by these theses (24.39%). Finally, most of researchers developed nursing practice guidelines (48.78%). There were 27 best practices, and 23 were at the level sixth of best practice. Based on these findings, the researcher found that the theses lacked connection and did not cover practices of prevention in healthy older adults. This suggests that the gerontological curriculum committee needs a comprehensive research plan to guide their faculty members and master students.Downloads
