ผลการสร้างจินตภาพต่อความปวดเฉียบพลัน ในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งลำาไส้ใหญ่และลำาไส้ตรงที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด (The Effect of Guided Imagery on Acute Pain in Post Operative Colorectal Cancer Patients)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการสร้างจินตภาพต่อความปวดเฉียบพลันในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งลำาไส้ใหญ่และลำาไส้ตรงที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง วัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลองแบบหนึ่งกลุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยมะเร็งลำาไส้ใหญ่และลำาไส้ตรงที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ จำานวน 12 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามคุณสมบัติที่กำาหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย เทปการสร้างจินตภาพของจริยา จันทรเทพา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยมาตรวัดความปวดแบบเปรียบเทียบด้วยสายตา โดยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างฟังเทปหลังผ่าตัด 24 ชั่วโมง และไม่เกิน 48 ชั่วโมง วัดคะแนนความปวด อัตราการหายใจ ชีพจร และความดันโลหิตก่อนและหลังการฟังเทป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยสถิติทดสอบ wilcoxon signed rank test ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีคะแนนความปวด อัตราชีพจร อัตราการหายใจ และความดันโลหิต ตำ่ากว่าก่อนการสร้างจินตภาพอย่างมีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติ ผลการสร้างจินตภาพสามารถลดปวดหลังผ่าตัดได
This research is a one group pre-post test quasi-experimental design was to examine the effect of guided of imagery on acute pain in post operative colorectal patients. The subject in this study were post operative colorectal cancer patients admitted at Srinakarind Hospital total of 12 patients. The research intruments consist of guided imagery tape develop by Jariya Juntapa and visual analogue scale was used to assess pain score. The experiment was conducted for 24-48 hours after surgery. Measuring sensory of pain, respiratory rate, pulse rate, and blood pressure before and after listened the guided imagery tape. Data were analyzed by calculating the frequency, mean and standard deviation and Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The result revealed that: The participants have mean of pain score, respiratory rate, pulse rate and blood pressure decreased significantly after listening to guided imagery tape. The result of this study indicated that guided imagery can be decrease post operative pain.
