Analysis of assessment results according to educational quality criteria for operational excellence (EdPEx) for the academic year 2021. Case study: Faculty of departments that provide teaching and learning a university.

Abstract

          This research is to study 1) the results of the study and analysis of the operational scores for processes and results in all 7 categories for the academic year 2021 of the faculty and agencies that provide teaching and learning. One university found that there were faculties with the highest overall evaluation scores (categories 1 - 7), including the Faculty of Engineering 175 points, the Faculty of Technology 159 points, the Faculty of Information Science 145 points, the Faculty of Pharmacy 143 points, and the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies 136 points. The average score is 128 points and has a quality level of Band 1. 2) Results of the study analyzing the operations, strengths and improvements in processes and results from the evaluation results with the EdPEx criteria found that 2.1) Strengths in the processes and areas result Departments began to demonstrate systematic organizational leadership. There is a vision and values that are consistent with the university's vision and support change. Demonstrate commitment to applying EdPEx criteria to management 2.2) Improving processes and results The agency should show the operations of various processes that are consistent in the same direction, such as setting up a performance tracking system by laying down a hierarchical system of monitoring, frequency of monitoring that consists of measurement results that cover all areas. Mission (3) Studying guidelines for setting educational quality development plans for faculty agencies in order to raise the results of quality assurance assessments for operational excellence (EdpEx). It was found that faculty agencies should prepare plans. Develop the quality of the organization's education in 4 forms: Type 1: Master Plan, Type 2: Specific Area Plan, Type 3: Single Purpose Plan, and Number 4 : Improvement activity plan (Improvement Plan) that helps the department to have performance in accordance with process and results goals, Categories 1 - 7, moving towards the EdPEx200 goal.
