Abstract
Dengue infection is one of the most important mosquito borne viral disease and is the major public health problem in Thailand. Abdominal pain may present and lead to diagnosis dilemma.
The diagnosis of Dengue infection with acute appendicitis is a rare condition. The author reports a boy with acute fever and abdominal pain that appendectomy was done at Phimai hospital. Serology and pathology reports confirmed Dengue fever with acute appendicitis.
