The Knee Osteoarthritis Pain Level of Elderly

Abstract

The objectives of this Cross-sectional study were studied the knee osteoarthritis pain level of elderly in a Nang Lae District, Chiang Rai Province. The study collected data during January to March 2017 using questionnaire. There were 50 participants in this research. The results found that most of cases were women(66.0%) and age between 60-69 years (64.0%). The results found that the most common level of pain, the pain while climbing down the ladder averaged 6.0±3.4. The degree of stiffness, the most common fixation is Morning sickness (while awake) 2.0±3.1.The results had average pain level of 4.0±3.4. Individuals who had an effect on the level of pain associated with the use of the knee of the elderly found that Career factors (p = 0.031) so next time this research should be studyoccupations before and after elderly person for protective increase pain level of knee joint.
