บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยสาเหตุ พยาธิสภาพ อาการและอาการแสดง ภาวะแทรกซ้อน การวินิจฉัย การรักษา และบทบาทพยาบาลในการจัดการสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 เพื่อให้พยาบาลมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโรคและการรักษาพยาบาลมากยิ่งขึ้น สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดูแลผู้ติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ก่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีต่อผู้ป่วย พยาบาลปลอดภัยขณะปฏิบัติงาน ควบคุมและป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
