สถานการณ์ด้านอาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมในแรงงานสูงวัยกลุ่มเกษตรกร ปลูกข้าว

การก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงวัยไทย ทำให้ต้องตระหนักต่อแรงงานสูงวัยในภาคเกษตรกรรมที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงต่อปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำงาน การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ด้านอาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมในแรงงานสูงวัยกลุ่มเกษตรกรปลูกข้าว ภาวะสุขภาพตามความเสี่ยงและพฤติกรรมการทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ แรงงานสูงวัยจำนวน 330 คน ในตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นที่มีค่าในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ โดยมีค่า KR-20 เท่ากับ .94 และค่า Cronbach’s alpha เท่ากับ .75, .73, และ .83 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยคุกคามสุขภาพจากการทำงานที่สำคัญ เช่น ด้านกายภาพ คือ ทำงานในอากาศที่ร้อนอบอ้าวและแสงจ้ามาก ร้อยละ 96.36-96.97 ด้านการยศาสตร์ คือ ท่าทางการทำงานไม่เหมาะสม ทำงานในลักษณะซ้ำๆ นั่งหรือยืนทำงานนาน ร้อยละ 86.97-94.55 ด้านชีวภาพ คือ ทำงานในบริเวณที่มีน้ำขัง/ดินโคลน ร้อยละ 87.88 ส่วนสภาพการทำงานที่ไม่ปลอดภัย คือ ทำงานกับอุปกรณ์ของมีคม ร้อยละ 95.76 และบริเวณที่ทำงานเปียกพื้นลื่น ร้อยละ 86.97 การเจ็บป่วยที่อาจเนื่องจากงาน คือ อาการปวดเมื่อยตามร่างกาย ร้อยละ 72.73 มองเห็นภาพไม่ชัดเจน ตาพร่ามัว ร้อยละ 33.94 ส่วนการบาดเจ็บจากงาน พบเพียงร้อยละ 13.03 เป็นการบาดเจ็บที่ไม่รุนแรง ด้านพฤติกรรมการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล ร้อยละ 93.33-95.45 และปฏิบัติตามหลักการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย ร้อยละ 80.00-97.58 ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นบทบาทสำคัญของพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัยในการสื่อสารความเสี่ยงจากงาน การปกป้องสุขภาพ และพัฒนากลยุทธ์จัดการอาการปวดเมื่อยของระบบโครงร่าง เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานสูงวัยภาคเกษตรกรรม อย่างยั่งยืน
