การพัฒนาความรู้ และทัศนคติ เรื่องหลักประกันสุขภาพไทย สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สุราษฎร์ธานี

Abstract

การให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลเรื่องหลักประกันสุขภาพไทย เป็นสิ่งจำเป็นเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ถ่ายทอดความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่ผู้รับบริการ สามารถให้การบริการแก่ผู้รับบริการได้ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ และทัศนคติ เรื่องหลักประกันสุขภาพไทยสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล ศาสตรบัณฑิต เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียว ทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 96 คน ได้จากการเลือกจากสมัครใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบทดสอบความรู้หลักประกันสุขภาพไทย แบบวัดทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับหลักประกันสุขภาพไทย มีการจัดกิจกรรมเป็นระยะ 3 วัน โดยมีกิจกรรมการบรรยายเรื่องหลักประกันสุขภาพไทย กิจกรรมWALK RALLY กิจกรรมการศึกษาดูงาน และการอภิปรายกลุ่ม เก็บข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เรื่องหลักประกันสุขภาพไทยหลังการอบรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีทัศนคติต่อระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพไทย อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.24 ดังนั้นกิจกรรมการพัฒนาเรื่องหลักประกันสุขภาพไทยนี้ สามารถเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาความรู้เรื่องหลักประกันสุขภาพแก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต บุคลากรทางด้านสาธารณสุขที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประชาชนที่เป็นแกนนำชุมชนในเรื่องหลักประสุขภาพ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจในหลักประกันสุขภาพไทยต่อไป

The development of knowledge and attidue about insurance Thailand for nursing student Boromarajonani College of Nursing Suratthani

The purpose of this study is to provide a better understanding to students about health insurance Thailand. It is essential for students to transfer their knowledge to the service and able to provide services to service recipients. The researcher  conducted research to improve knowledge and attitude about health insurance Thailand for nursing students. Quasi experimental design that has a pre-test and post-test was used. The sample consisted of 96 fourth year nursing students and, they were selected by voluntary. The instruments used in the research are knowledge about Health Insurance Thailand questioner attitudes about health insurance Thailand questioner and participant’ satisfaction questioner. Has organized a three-day event with a lecture about health insurance Thailand WALK RALLY activities, educational activities and group discussions. The data were collected before and after the training. The data were analyzed  by using descriptive statistics and t-test. The results showed that. the participant’ knowledge about health insurance Thailand after the training was higher than before the training with statistical significance of . 01. The attitude toward health care in Thailand was in a very good average of 4.24. The development activities of the Thailand Health. Can guide the development of knowledge about health nursing students. Health manpower involved People are a mainstay in the community of health.
