การพัฒนาแบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็ง

ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ กระบวนการรักษา และคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็ง เครื่องมือวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่มีความตรงและความเที่ยงจึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งทั้งในการปฏิบัติทางคลินิกและการวิจัย ดังนั้นการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ดำเนินการขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งทุกชนิด จำนวน 400 คน ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งภูมิภาค 7 แห่ง ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2564–กันยายน 2565 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งที่พัฒนาขึ้น วิข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และทดสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดด้วยค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบความสอดคล้องภายใน อำนาจจำแนก และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีจำนวน 14 ข้อ แยกเป็น 3 ด้าน และใช้เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.87 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .92 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.30–0.72 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันแสดงให้เห็นว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในระดับยอมรับได้ (c2(74, 400)=300.732, p<.05, RMSEA=0.08 (90% CI: 0.077-0.098), GFI=0.90, CFI=0.94) สรุปได้ว่า แบบวัดที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพตามหลักสถิติสามารถใช้ประเมินระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็ง เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนการพยาบาลและการพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
