ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน

การใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญในประเทศ ดังนั้นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในกลุ่มนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาจึงมีความสำคัญ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า พฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 414 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าและแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า โดยแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้ามีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .78 เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคมถึงกันยายน 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพอยท์ไบซีเรียล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ร้อยละ 17.88 มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 69.32 ( =78.56, SD=8.15) และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับปานกลางกับการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rpb=-.437, p<.001) ดังนั้นจึงควรมีการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยการออกแบบกิจกรรมหรือสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นความรอบรู้ด้านทักษะการตัดสินใจเพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ ตัดสินใจแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษามีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีในมหาวิทยาลัย
