ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมของวัยก่อนสูงอายุ

โรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม เป็นโรคที่พบมากในวัยกลางคนและสูงอายุ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ระดับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรค และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมของประชาชนวัยก่อนผู้สูงอายุ ที่อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลบ้านต๋อม อำเภอเมืองพะเยา จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นวัยก่อนสูงอายุ จำนวน 140 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .75 และ .80 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ พฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความรอบรู้ ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.327, p<.01) ฉะนั้นจึงควรมีการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมในประชาชนก่อนวัยผู้สูงอายุ โดยเฉพาะการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ เพื่อป้องกันและลดความรุนแรงของข้อเข่าเสื่อมพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุที่มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีต่อไป
