SUBMISSION GUIDELINES SUMMARY
Authors are required to verify their submission's compliance with all of the following items to expedite the review process. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to authors.

þ Originality: Manuscripts must represent original work and must not have been previously published or be under consideration elsewhere. |

þ File Format: Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word according to the Manuscript Template. |
|
þ Ethical Standards and Publication Integrity: Manuscripts must adhere strictly to ethical standards to ensure their originality, accuracy, and reliability. Any form of research or publication misconduct—including plagiarism, duplicate publication, data falsification, fabrication, and authorship disputes—is strictly prohibited. Authors must confirm that their work has not been previously published nor is it currently under consideration elsewhere. (For further details, please refer to our Publication Ethics policy). |

þ Human and Animal Rights: Studies involving humans or animals must follow established ethical guidelines. The manuscript must clearly indicate the name of the approving ethics committee and the approval reference number. Additionally, a statement confirming that informed consent was obtained from all participants must be included in the manuscript. |

þ Author Guidelines: Manuscripts must strictly conform to the journal’s specific Author Guidelines. |
|
þ Blind Review Preparation: To ensure a fair and unbiased double-blind review process, authors must prepare a blinded manuscript, containing no information that could reveal the authors’ identities. |

þ Author Information and Contributions: The unblinded file must contain all author information, including names and affiliations consistent with ORCID records, and the corresponding author’s contact details. This file must also specify the author contributions, detailing roles according to the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT). |

þ Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors must include a "Conflict of Interest" section in the unblinded file, providing details of any potential conflicts of interest (if applicable). If no conflicts exist, authors must explicitly state: "The authors declare no conflict of interest". |

þ Acknowledgments: General acknowledgments of individuals or organizations that provided technical assistance, resources, or support but did not meet authorship criteria may be listed concisely in this section. Written consent must be obtained before their names are included in the manuscript. |

þ Funding: All sources of financial support, including grant numbers, should be acknowledged in this section. If the research did not receive funding, the statement, “This work did not receive any specific grant from a funding agency,” should be indicated. |
|
þ Data availability: The authors must clearly explain data availability and sharing at the end of the manuscript. Refer to the Manuscript Template for descriptions and examples of the required data sharing statement. |

þ Generative AI Declaration: The authors provide information on the use of AI, including its application for language and grammar improvement. For further details about AI use, please refer to our Publication Ethics policy. |

þ Copyright Transfer and Disclosure of Interest : Upon acceptance, authors agree to transfer copyright to Arch AHS. Authors are required to submit both the Authors’ Statement & Copyright Transfer Form, and ICMJE Disclosure Form |
