Submission Guidelines Summary
Authors must ensure that their submissions comply with the following guidelines before proceeding with the submission process. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the return of the manuscript.
1. Correspondence: All communication regarding submissions will be conducted via the Arch AHS official website.
2. Originality: Manuscripts must not have been previously published or under consideration by another journal.
3. Author Guidelines: Manuscripts must conform to the specific Author Guidelines of the journal.
4. Publication Ethics: Manuscripts must adhere to relevant Publication Ethics.
5. File Format: Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word (please refer to the Manuscript Template).
6. Ethical Approval: Studies involving humans or animals must follow ethical guidelines; clearly indicate the name of the ethics committee (approval number) and obtain informed consent within the manuscript.
7. Formatting: Manuscripts should follow Vancouver style for formatting and referencing.
8. Copyright Permission: Authors must obtain permission for any copyrighted material used and provide documentation if requested.
9. Copyright Transfer and Disclosure of Interest : Upon acceptance, authors agree to transfer copyright to Arch AHS. They have to submit Authors’ Statement & Copyright Transfer Form, and ICMJE Disclosure Form
Additional Submission Requirements
1. The author information entered during submission must exactly match the details on the title page of the manuscript, including full names, institutional affiliations consistent with data in ORCID, and the corresponding author's contact details.
2. All listed authors must meet the authorship criteria according to CRediT(Contributor Roles Taxonomy).
3. A CRediT author statement must be included at the end of the manuscript. Example:
