颠覆时代中医护理领导力的软技力

摘要
自从 COVID-19 新冠疾病全球爆发以来，导致快速且意想不到的变化，也称之为全球的“转折”,影响了政治、经济、社会与健康，特别是在全球 COVID-19 病毒大流行的传播期间，人们开始寻找预防、治疗和康复身体健康的选择。中医在医疗系统是一种被认为可信赖的和有效的替代疗法之一。中医的独特治疗方法包括针灸、推拿、中药等，均在许多国家包括泰国民众得到广泛认可。为了促进中医诊所护理的规范化、有效管理的标准化发展，护理领导者必须提升各方面的知识、能力和技能，以适应变化，紧跟这个变革时代的步伐。每个领导者都需要发展技能、知识和能力，因为领导者是确定方向、带领组织走向成功。领导者需要许多个人品质特征，尤其是“软实力”就是领导者需有执行力、思维力、情商或社交技能，促进他人合作完成任务，而不断互相学习和共同发展，来为实现组织目标而奋斗。
