Research progress on the regulation of JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway by traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovarian cancer
Main Article Content
Abstract
JAK-STAT (Janus kinases & signal transducer and activator of transcription proteins) is closely related to various physiological and pathological processes of ovarian cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine has become a major focus in tumor treatment due to its advantages of preventive treatment and multiple components, targets, and pathways. This article provides a comprehensive review on the relationship between the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway and ovarian cancer, as well as the regulatory role of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide new ideas for clinical research and drug development of ovarian cancer.
