ความก้าวหน้าทางการวิจัยด้านคลินิกและการศึกษาทดลองตำรับยาเซินเก๋อส่าน

บทคัดย่อ
เซินเก๋อส่าน (参蛤散) เป็นตำรับยาในคัมภีร์แพทย์แผนจีนโบราณ ซึ่งบันทึกไว้ในตำราเซิ่งจี้จ่งลู่ของยุคราชวงศ์ซ่งเหนือ ตำรับยานี้ประกอบด้วยยาหลักสองชนิด คือ เหรินเซิน (人参) และเก๋อเจี๊ย (蛤蚧) โดยมีสรรพคุณในการบำรุงปอดและไต ช่วยเหนี่ยวรั้งชี่และบรรเทาอาการหอบ ใช้ในการรักษาโรคปอดเรื้อรังชนิดต่างๆ ที่มีอาการไอและหอบเป็นอาการหลัก ในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา ตำรับยาเซินเก๋อส่านได้ถูกนำมาใช้ในการรักษาภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรัง โดยอาศัยทฤษฎี "การรักษาหัวใจและปอดร่วมกัน (心肺同治)” บทความนี้ได้ทำการทบทวนวรรณกรรมทั้งด้านการใช้เซินเก๋อส่านในทางคลินิกและการศึกษาทดลอง เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิงทางทฤษฎีสำหรับการศึกษาเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับเซินเก๋อส่าน และนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้ทางคลินิกต่อไป
