บทคัดย่อ
ในการศึกษาประสิทธิผลทางคลินิกของการฝังเข็มด้วยเทคนิคการปรับสมดุลเส้นลมปราณเญิ่นและตูในการรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคอาหารไม่ย่อยแบบทำงานผิดปกติ กลุ่มอาการตับและกระเพาะอาหารทำงานไม่สอดคล้องกัน โดยทำการศึกษาแบบกลุ่มควบคุมเดียวโดยวัดผลก่อนและหลังการรักษา กลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคอาหารไม่ย่อยแบบทำงานผิดปกติ กลุ่มอาการตับและกระเพาะอาหารทำงานไม่สอดคล้องกันจำนวน 30 ราย โดยได้รับการรักษาด้วยการฝังเข็มที่จุด Shuigou (水沟, GV26), Huatuo Jiaji (华佗夹脊穴, EX-B2) และ Zhongwan (中脘, CV12) สัปดาห์ละสองครั้ง รักษาต่อเนื่องเป็นจำนวน 10 ครั้ง แล้วสังเกตคะแนนอาการโดยรวม และคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตสำหรับผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหาระบบย่อยอาหาร (FDDQL) ก่อนและหลังการรักษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการรักษาก่อนและหลัง 10 ครั้ง คะแนนอาการโดยรวมของผู้ป่วยต่ำกว่าก่อนการรักษา และคะแนน FDDQL สูงกว่าก่อนการรักษา (p＜0.05) มีอัตราประสิทธิผลรวมร้อยละ 93.33 (28/30) และมีความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง จากผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่าการฝังเข็มด้วยด้วยเทคนิคการปรับสมดุลเส้นลมปราณเญิ่นและตู สามารถปรับปรุงปัญหาการย่อยอาหารของผู้ป่วย และสามารถยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
