การศึกษาทางคลินิกเกี่ยวกับการฝังเข็มที่ sphenopalatine ganglion ในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา

บทคัดย่อ
การฝังเข็มที่ปมประสาทสฟีโนพาลาไทน์ หรือ sphenopalatine ganglion มีจุดเด่นคือใช้จุดฝังเข็มน้อย และให้ผลการรักษาที่ดี สามารถใช้ในการรักษาโรคต่างๆ รวมถึงโรคจมูกอักเสบจากภูมิแพ้ได้อย่างครอบคลุม sphenopalatine ganglion มีตำแหน่งทางกายวิภาค อยู่บริเวณแขนงประสาทเส้นที่ 2 ของเส้นประสาท trigeminal nerve การฝังเข็มบริเวณเส้นประสาท sympathetic nerve มีสรรพคุณทำให้หลอดเลือดหดตัว จึงสามารถชะลอการไหลเวียนของเลือดบริเวณโดยรอบ และลดการคัดหลั่งของสารจากต่อมเยื่อเมือกบริเวณจมูกได้ ศาสตราจารย์ Li Xinwu ได้ค้นพบจุดฝังเข็มจุดนี้ และได้นำไปใช้ทางคลินิกโดยตั้งชื่อว่า "จุดซินหวู่" (Xinwu point) จากการศึกษาการทดลองทางคลินิกเกี่ยวกับการฝังเข็มบริเวณ sphenopalatine ganglion ในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา ได้ทำการสรุปจำแนกวิธีการรักษาที่หลากหลาย อาทิเช่น วิธีการฝังเข็มจุดเดียว ฝังเข็มร่วมกับจุดอื่นๆ บนร่างกาย การร้อยไหม และตัวเลือกการรักษาอื่นๆ ซึ่งให้ผลการรักษาทางคลินิกที่ดีอย่างชัดเจนทั้งผลในระยะสั้นและผลในระยะยาว สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความเรียบง่ายและประหยัดของวิธีการฝังเข็มจุดเดียว วิเคราะห์ข้อดีและข้อเสียของการศึกษาทางคลินิกเหล่านี้เพื่อใช้อ้างอิง ขยายขอบเขตโรคที่เหมาะสมกับการประยุกต์ใช้ และเพื่อสนับสนุนการวิจัยขั้นพื้นฐานอื่นๆในอนาคต
