บทคัดย่อ
การปวดประจำเดือนชนิดปฐมภูมิ (PD) เป็นหนึ่งในโรคที่พบบ่อยในแผนกนรีเวช ในทางการแพทย์แผนจีนเรียกว่า "ปวดท้องช่วงเป็นประจำเดือน" โดยโรคดังกล่าวเกิดจากความผิดปกติของระบบการทำงานภายในมดลูก การรักษาทางการแพทย์แผนจีนของโรคนี้มีผลการรักษาที่ชัดเจน ซึ่งบทความนี้ได้สรุปสาเหตุของอาการปวดท้องประจำเดือน หลักเกณฑ์การวินิจฉัย วิธีการรักษา โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการรักษาอาการปวดประจำเดือนชนิดปฐมภูมิด้วยวิธีการทางการแพทย์แผนจีนจากผลงานวิจัยใหม่ในช่วงที่ผ่านมา
