บทคัดย่อ

ภาวะตาแห้งเป็นโรคจักษุวิทยาที่พบบ่อยในทางคลินิก ปัจจุบันเนื่องจากการนิยมใช้หน้าจอของสื่อต่างๆ และมลพิษทางสภาวะแวดล้อม รวมไปถึงการใช้ยาผิดประเภท ทำให้ในแต่ละปีภาวะตาแห้งมีอุบัติการณ์ที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น โดยพบในกลุ่มช่วงอายุที่น้อยลง ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบรุนแรงต่อการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน วิธีการป้องกันและรักษาภาวะตาแห้งไม่เพียงแต่เป็นประเด็นสำคัญของทางจักษุวิทยา แต่ยังถือเป็นปัญหาสังคมที่ต้องแก้ไขอย่างเร่งด่วนอีกด้วย บทความนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ผลสำเร็จและข้อบกพร่องในการวิจัยทางคลินิกของศาสตร์แผนจีนและแผนปัจจุบัน รวมถึงศึกษาและพิจารณาความสำคัญในการป้องกันและรักษาภาวะตาแห้งโดยใช้วิธีผสมผสานระหว่างศาสตร์แผนจีนและแผนปัจจุบัน
