บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนาวิชาชีพพยาบาลจะเกิดขึ้นมิได้หากขาดผู้นำองค์กรที่ดี มีความสามารถตามกรอบวิชาชีพ ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของวิชาชีพ และมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจที่จะทำให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างแท้จริง ในอดีตที่ผ่านมามีผู้นำในวิชาชีพการพยาบาลที่เสียสละอุทิศตนทั้งแรงกาย แรงใจ สติปัญญา และความสามารถในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพให้เป็นที่ยอมรับจากสังคมทั่วไป ดังนั้นการสร้างผู้นำและพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในวิชาชีพพยาบาล

Professional nursing development cannot be occurred without a good organizational leadership, an ability in nursing competencies with an awareness of the importance of nursing profession, including the intention of professional development. In the part, there were nursing leaders who made sacrifies and devoted body, soul, intelligence and developed the profession for society acceptance in general. Therefore, creating leaders in professional nursing, developing leadership skills for nurses and self-development toward achieving leadership skills are key factors capable of enhancing professional development for social acceptance and admiration on a continual basis leading to increase effiiency for the Thai healthcare system.
