ผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวต่อความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันและการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อน ของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในระบบการดูแลระยะกลาง อำเภอหนองเรือ จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในระบบการดูแลระยะกลางมีความซับซ้อนกว่าการดูแลทั่วไป ดังนั้นผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวจึงจำเป็นต้องพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านความรู้และทักษะ เพื่อป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อน ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวัน และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วย การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวต่อความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันและการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในระบบการดูแลระยะกลาง โดยวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบ 1 กลุ่ม วัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัว และผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในระบบการดูแลระยะกลาง คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 33 คู่ ดำเนินโปรแกรมเป็นเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และ Paired t-test การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ได้รับการอนุมัติจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ รหัสโครงการวิจัย G-EC-Fb-17/2568 รับรอง วันที่ 4 เมษายน 2568
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยภายหลังการทดลอง (M = 17.75, SD = 3.01) มากกว่าก่อนการทดลอง (M = 12.75, SD = 3.07) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t= 8.42, และ p < .001) คะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันภายหลังการทดลอง (M = 16.73, SD = 1.48) ดีขึ้นกว่าก่อนการทดลอง (M = 11.61, SD = 2.35) อย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติ (t= 16.35, และ p < .001) และคะแนนเฉลี่ยคุณภาพชีวิตภายหลังการทดลอง (M = 6.18, SD = 1.40) ดีขึ้นกว่าก่อนการทดลอง (M = 10.64, SD = 2.32) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t= 13.66, และ p < .001) ดังนั้นโปรแกรมพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ดูแลสามารถส่งเสริมการดูแลผู้ป่วยได้และลดความเสี่ยงเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนบางด้าน เช่น แผลกดทับและการพลัดตกหกล้ม
