บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในการดูแลผู้ที่มีปัญหาทางจิตเวชในชุมชน และ (2) พัฒนารูปแบบการเตรียมความพร้อมในการดูแลผู้ที่มีปัญหาทางจิตเวชในชุมชนของ อสม. โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงวิจัยและพัฒนา ดำเนินการ 3 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 20 คน ระยะที่ 2–3 ดำเนินการทดลองใช้และประเมินผลกับ อสม. จำนวน 93 คน ตามลำดับ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินความพร้อม และความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ independent t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการประเมินสถานการณ์ในชุมชน ตัวแทนชุมชนได้ให้ข้อมูลที่สามารถประเมินสถานการณ์เป็น 3 มิติ ได้แก่ มิติที่ 1 มิติด้านตัว อสม. (ทักษะ ทัศนคติ ความมั่นใจ และแรงจูงใจ) มิติที่ 2 มิติด้านความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ที่มีปัญหาทางจิตเวชในชุมชน และมิติที่ 3 มิติด้านการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและชุมชน เมื่อทดลองนำรูปแบบที่ได้จากการพัฒนาไปใช้ คะแนนความพร้อมหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) และรูปแบบมีความเป็นไปได้ในการใช้ระดับปานกลางถึงสูง สะท้อนว่ารูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมและสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการดูแลผู้ที่มีปัญหาทางจิตเวชในชุมชนของ อสม. ในบริบทชุมชน
