การพัฒนารูปแบบการให้ข้อมูลแก่ญาติผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุ ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง

การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการให้ข้อมูลแก่ญาติผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ มี 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาสถานการณ์และแนวทางการพัฒนาฯ 2) การพัฒนารูปแบบฯ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักสนทนากลุ่มเป็นบุคลากรและญาติผู้ป่วย รวม 9 คน และ 3) การศึกษาผลของรูปแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นญาติผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุ 30 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แนวคำถาม การสนทนากลุ่ม รูปแบบการให้ข้อมูลที่พัฒนาขึ้น แบบประเมินความวิตกกังวลและความพึงพอใจของญาติ มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตาม เนื้อหา 0.80-1.00 มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.93 และ 0.80 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติทดสอบวิลคอกซันซาย์แรงก์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สถานการณ์ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ แนวทางการให้ข้อมูลไม่ชัดเจน ไม่ระบุข้อมูลและผู้รับผิดชอบ ขั้นตอนไม่ต่อเนื่อง ความถี่ไม่แน่นอน และขาดการประเมินผล ส่วนแนวทางการพัฒนา ได้แก่ จัดทำแนวปฏิบัติการให้ข้อมูล กำหนดหน้าที่พยาบาล ขั้นตอนให้ข้อมูลเป็นระยะอย่างต่อเนื่อง และกำหนดให้ญาติมีความวิตกกังวลลดลง และพึงพอใจต่อการได้รับข้อมูลมากกว่าร้อยละ 80 2) รูปแบบการให้ข้อมูลฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ให้ข้อมูลใช้โครงสร้าง AIDET 3 ระยะต่อเนื่องกระทั่งผู้ป่วย จำหน่าย กำหนดข้อมูลและผู้ให้ข้อมูลญาติ ประเมินผลต่อการได้รับข้อมูล และ 3) หลังใช้รูปแบบฯ ญาติมีความวิตกกังวลลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการได้รับข้อมูลระดับมากที่สุด และสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน (ร้อยละ 92)
