การพัฒนากิจกรรมทดสอบความจำขณะคิดประเภทกิจกรรมขณะคำนวณ สำหรับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด: การศึกษานำร่อง

การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของกิจกรรมทดสอบความจำขณะคิดประเภท กิจกรรมขณะคำนวณ ในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด จำนวน 15 ราย กระบวนการพัฒนาประกอบด้วย (1) สำรวจปัญหาและทบทวนวรรณกรรม (2) การออกแบบชุดโจทย์คำนวณ (3) การกำหนดโครงสร้างและเงื่อนไขการทดสอบ และ (4) การทดสอบนำร่อง โดยตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงด้วยการทดสอบซ้ำห่าง 2 สัปดาห์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความสอดคล้องภายในชั้น (interclass correlation coefficient: ICC)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กิจกรรมทดสอบมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 ความเที่ยงเชิงเวลาจากคะแนนการทดสอบ ครั้งที่ 1 และครั้งที่ 2 มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับปานกลาง (r = .672) โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 62.13 และ 62.60 ตามลำดับ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความสอดคล้องภายในชั้น (ICC) เท่ากับ .678 ระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการทำแบบทดสอบเท่ากับ 14.15 และ 13.31 นาที ความถูกต้องของการคำนวณคิดเป็นร้อยละ 82.84 และ 83.46 ส่วนความถูกต้องของการจดจำตัวอักษรคิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.68 และ 79.91 ตามลำดับ สรุปได้ว่ากิจกรรมทดสอบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความตรงและความเที่ยงในระดับเบื้องต้นอยู่ในเกณฑ์น่าเชื่อถือ สามารถนำไปใช้ประเมินความจำขณะคิดในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับยาเคมี
