บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ใช้รูปแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ สัมพันธภาพ การสื่อสาร และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมต่อความรุนแรงที่เกิดจากคู่สมรสในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีตั้งครรภ์อายุ 18-44 ปี จำนวน 216 ราย ฝากครรภ์ ณ โรงพยาบาลในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี คัดเลือกแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถาม 6 ชุด คือ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) ความฉลาดทางด้านอารมณ์การใช้ชีวิตคู่ 3) สัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส 4) การสื่อสารระหว่างคู่สมรส 5) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และ 6) แบบคัดกรองความรุนแรง มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา .96, .95, .98, .84, .97 และ .89 ตามลำดับ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค .78 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและถดถอยโลจิสติกส์
ผลวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับความรุนแรงร้อยละ 21.8 ความฉลาดทางด้านอารมณ์การใช้ชีวิตคู่ (ß = -.047, p < .05) และสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส (ß = -.049, p < .05) มีอิทธิพลทางลบในระดับต่ำ โดยร่วมกันทำนายความรุนแรงที่เกิดจากคู่สมรส ได้ร้อยละ 14 (Nagelkerke R2 = .14, p < .05) การสื่อสารระหว่างคู่สมรสและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมไม่สามารถทำนายความรุนแรงได้ (p > .05)
ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรนำปัจจัยความฉลาดด้านอารมณ์และสัมพันธภาพมาใช้ในการคัดกรองความรุนแรง และพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความฉลาดด้านอารมณ์และสัมพันธภาพเพื่อลดความรุนแรงจากคู่สมรส
