บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-experimental research) แบบหนึ่งกลุ่มชนิดวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง (One group pre - posttest) เพื่อศึกษาผลลัพธ์ของโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเนื้องอกไตโดยวิธีใช้หุ่นยนต์ช่วยผ่าตัดที่มีต่อความรู้ ทักษะ ความวิตกกังวลและความปวด โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS 30 (Licensed Mahidol University) โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิต Wilcoxon signed-rank-test สถิติ Friedman test และสถิติ Paired t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังได้รับโปรแกรม (M=21.24,SD=6.14) มีคะแนนความรู้มากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม (M=13.24,SD=5.34) คะแนนทักษะการทำความสะอาดแผล ครั้งที่หนึ่งหลังได้รับโปรแกรม (M =8.80,SD=1.35) มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยกว่าครั้งที่สอง (M=10.84,SD=0.43) คะแนนความวิตกกังวลก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม (M=6.64,SD=1.52) มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าหลังได้รับโปรแกรม (M=2.28,SD=1.17) คะแนนความปวดหลังผ่าตัดใน 24 ชั่วโมง (M=6.16,SD=2.08) มีค่ามากที่สุดและใน 72 ชั่วโมงมีค่าน้อยที่สุด (M=2.16,SD=1.41) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 การศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมนี้ที่สามารถเพิ่มความรู้และทักษะการทำความสะอาดแผล ลดความวิตกกังวลและจัดการความปวดได้
