บทคัดย่อ

โรคติดเชื้อระบบทางเดินหายใจเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญ เนื่องจากแพร่กระจายได้รวดเร็ว โดยเฉพาะในเรือนจำที่มีความแออัดและข้อจำกัดด้านสุขอนามัย อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขเรือนจำ (อสรจ.) มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเป็นแกนนำสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคดังกล่าว การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นงานวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนความรู้และการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อระบบทางเดินหายใจของ อสรจ. ก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อมัลติมีเดีย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อสรจ. จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ดำเนินการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แผนกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อมัลติมีเดีย คู่มือความรู้ (เอกสารแบบพิมพ์) และคลิปวิดิโอ โดยโปรแกรมมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 4 สัปดาห์ และประเมินผลในสัปดาห์ที่ 6
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่ามัธยฐานคะแนนความรู้และการปฏิบัติหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อมัลติมีเดีย (Median= 11.48, IQR = 1.15) (Median = 40.15, IQR = 2.54) สูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม (Median = 8.85, IQR = 1.69) (Median = 29.30, IQR = 2.47) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อมัลติมีเดียช่วยส่งเสริมความรู้และการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อระบบทางเดินหายใจของ อสรจ. ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อส่งเสริมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อระบบทางเดินหายใจในเรือนจำต่อไป
