บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ และปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ของหญิงครรภ์แรกที่มาฝากครรภ์ ณ โรงพยาบาลนครนายก ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบมีระบบ คำนวณกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างด้วยโปรแกรม G*power ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 121 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และสูติศาสตร์ 2) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ 3) แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยว กับการดูแลสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ 4) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์ 5) แบบสอบถาม การรับรู้ประโยชน์ในการดูแลสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ และ6) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้อุปสรรคในการดูแลสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยวิธีการลดตัวแปร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หญิงครรภ์แรกมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์โดยรวมเฉลี่ย 50.98 อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (Mean = 1.83, SD = 7.68) และปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ ของหญิงครรภ์แรกได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ ระดับการศึกษา การรับรู้ประโยชน์ และอายุ ซึ่งร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ ของหญิงครรภ์แรกได้ร้อยละ 22.2 ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการพัฒนาระบบบริการและการส่งเสริมสุขภาพก่อนการตั้งครรภ์ในหญิงวัยเจริญพันธุ์ โดยเฉพาะหญิงครรภ์แรกในบริบทพื้นที่จังหวัดนครนายก
