บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ พัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการจัดการตนเองสำหรับผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มเสี่ยงโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในยุคดิจิทัล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้สูงอายุในตำบลบ้านดู่ จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 50 คน สุ่มอย่างง่ายแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 25 คนที่ได้รับรูปแบบการจัดการตนเองเป็นเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ และกลุ่มควบคุม 25 คนที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบประเมินความรู้ ความเสี่ยง พฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเอง รวมถึงค่าความดันโลหิตและไขมัน ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ในระดับดี การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test และ Independent t-test ส่วนข้อมูลเชิง คุณภาพวิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุต้องการสื่อดิจิทัลที่ใช้งานง่าย มีระบบแจ้งเตือนความเสี่ยง และการดูแลเชิงรุก หลังการทดลองกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความรู้และพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<.05) ความเสี่ยงโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในระยะ 10 ปีลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (Z=-3.26; p=.001) รวมถึงค่าความดันโลหิตและระดับไขมันที่ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เมื่อเทียบกับกลุ่มควบคุม สรุปได้ว่า รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิผลต่อการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพและผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิก เหมาะสำหรับบูรณาการในบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิ
