ผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิกในผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงที่เสี่ยงต่อโรคไตเรื้อรัง

การวิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบ 2 กลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิกในผู้ป่วยโรคความดัน โลหิตสูงที่เสี่ยงต่อโรคไตเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงที่เสี่ยงต่อโรคไตเรื้อรัง ซึ่งถูกสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ กลุ่มละ 30 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ โดยประยุกต์ขึ้นจากแนวคิดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของกรมอนามัย ใช้ระยะเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ และมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 1.00 2) คู่มือความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับการป้องกันและชะลอไตเสื่อม และ 3) แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .87 และ .84 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และอัตราการกรองของไตสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและสูงกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนระดับความดันโลหิต และระดับโปรตีนในปัสสาวะมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและต่ำกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนั้นโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพนี้ สามารถส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงที่เสี่ยงต่อโรคไตเรื้อรังเกิดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรังได้
