บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงการทำนาย เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายของภาวะโภชนาการ คุณภาพการนอนหลับ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ความรุนแรงของภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังผ่าตัด และการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างผู้ป่วยกับพยาบาลต่อความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่ของข้อสะโพกของผู้สูงอายุหลังผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียมบางส่วน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 116 ราย คัดเลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไปที่เข้ารับการตรวจติดตามการรักษาระยะหลังผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อ สะโพกเทียมบางส่วนระยะ 3-6 เดือน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามอื่น ๆ อีก 6 ฉบับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาวะโภชนาการ คุณภาพการนอนหลับ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ความรุนแรงของภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังผ่าตัด และการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างผู้ป่วยกับพยาบาลร่วมกันทำนายความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่ของข้อสะโพกของผู้สูงอายุ หลังผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียมบางส่วนได้ร้อยละ 33.4 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (R2 = .334, F = 10.629, p < .05) โดยภาวะโภชนาการสามารถทำนายความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่ของข้อสะโพกได้สูงสุด (β = .335, p < .05) จากการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า พยาบาลควรส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการ คุณภาพการนอนหลับ เพิ่มความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพ และประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารระหว่างพยาบาลกับผู้ป่วย เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้สูงอายุมีความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่ของข้อสะโพกภายหลังผ่าตัดดีขึ้น
