การพัฒนานวัตกรรมหม้อโอ้งโล้งและหม่องหญ้าเอ็นยืด เพื่อบรรเทาอาการปวดกล้ามเนื้อในผู้ประกอบอาชีพทำเครื่องปั้นดินเผา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิผลของนวัตกรรม “หม้อโอ้งโล้งและ หม่องหญ้าเอ็นยืด” ในการบรรเทาอาการปวดกล้ามเนื้อของช่างปั้นดินเผา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้อาศัยในหมู่บ้านเหมืองกุงที่ประกอบอาชีพหัตถกรรมเครื่องปั้นดินเผา แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มพัฒนานวัตกรรม (ผู้นำชุมชนและช่างปั้นดินเผา 10 คน) สำหรับการสร้าง และปรับปรุงต้นแบบ และกลุ่มทดลองใช้ (30 คน) ซึ่งสุ่มอย่างง่ายและแบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่มย่อย เครื่องมือหลัก ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกความปวด (Pain Scale) และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ข้อมูลถูกวิเคราะห์โดยสถิติ Kruskal-Wallis test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจต่อการนวดระหว่างกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม ไม่แตกต่างกัน (X2 = 1.036, p = .596) อย่างไรก็ตาม ค่าเฉลี่ยความปวดภายหลังการนวด แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (X2 = 16.009, p = .000) กลุ่มที่ได้รับการนวดด้วยหม้อโอ้งโล้งและหญ้าเอ็นยืดมีระดับความปวดต่ำที่สุด
นวัตกรรมหม้อโอ้งโล้งและหม่องหญ้าเอ็นยืดมีประสิทธิผลในการลดอาการปวดกล้ามเนื้อ ถือเป็นแนวทางการบำบัดด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์ทางเลือกที่ช่วยสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้ใช้ได้
