ผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพต่อพฤติกรรมของผู้ปกครอง ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเฉียบพลันระบบหายใจของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน

พฤติกรรมของผู้ปกครองมีผลต่อสุขภาพเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน โดยเฉพาะด้านการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อเฉียบพลันระบบหายใจ งานวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้เปรียบเทียบกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ปกครองเด็กอายุ 3–5 ปี ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จ.เชียงใหม่ จำนวน 54 คน มีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 27 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ 8 กิจกรรม เป็นเวลา 9 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ปกครองในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อทางเดินหายใจ ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .87 วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ปกครองกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ทั้งสัปดาห์ที่ 6 และ 9 (p < .001) และมีคะแนนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (F = 317.98, p < .001) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ พฤติกรรมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อ (t = -17.00, p < .001) การสังเกตอาการผิดปกติ (t = -6.80, p < .001) และการหลีกเลี่ยงการติดเชื้อโรค (t = -15.16, p < .001) โปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพมีประสิทธิภาพในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันของผู้ปกครองอย่างต่อเนื่อง พยาบาลเด็กควรนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน
