ผลของโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ต่อทักษะการคัดกรอง โรคผิวหนังของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขเรือนจำ: การศึกษานำร่อง

การศึกษาวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนำร่องแบบกลุ่มเดียวนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยทักษะการคัดกรองโรคผิวหนังในเรือนจำของ อสรจ. ก่อนและหลังจากที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข เรือนจำกลางกำแพงเพชร เพศชาย จำนวน 20 ราย เครื่องมือในการดำเนินการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ เครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสังเกตทักษะการคัดกรองโรคผิวหนังในเรือนจำของ อสรจ. เครื่องมือได้รับการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 6 ท่าน มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.91 และค่าความเชื่อ มั่นของเครื่องมือโดยใช้การสังเกตระหว่างผู้ประเมินทั้ง 2 คน (Inter-rater reliability) และกระทำพร้อม ๆ กัน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ Shapiro Wilk Test และสถิติ Paired T – test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยทักษะการคัดกรองโรคผิวหนังในเรือนจำของ อสรจ. หลังจากที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ฯ (M = 17.25, SD = 1.62) สูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ฯ (M = 8.50, SD = 1.36) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -27.761, p = .000) แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ส่งเสริม อสรจ. ให้มีทักษะในการปฏิบัติการคัดกรองโรคผิวหนังในเรือนจำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
