ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพจิต และความเครียดในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์ (Correlation Descriptive Study) เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพจิต ความเครียด และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพจิตและความเครียด ใน อสม. กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น อสม. จำนวน 381 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสัดส่วน (Proportional Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความรอบรู้ ทางสุขภาพจิตสำหรับ อสม. และแบบทดสอบความเครียดสวนปรุง (SPST–20) หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์ แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค ได้ 0.83 และ 0.85 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) อสม. ส่วนใหญ่มีความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพจิตในระดับดีมาก (Mean=3.48, SD=1.57) 2) อสม. ส่วนใหญ่มีความเครียดในระดับปานกลาง (Mean=31.90, SD=9.64) 3) ความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพจิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบระดับปานกลางกับความเครียดใน อสม. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = -.422, p<.01)
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพจิตเพื่อลดความเครียดใน อสม.
