ปัจจัยทำนายภาวะน้ำหนักเกินของวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นในชุมชน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา

การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายภาวะน้ำหนักเกินของวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นในชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดจำนวน 143 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอนเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่วนบุคคล และแบบประเมินภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน ได้ค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.94, 0.87, 0.95 และ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา สถิติไคสแควร์ และสถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นมีภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน โดยมี BMI อ้วนระดับ 1 ร้อยละ 44.10 (mean ± SD = 26.53 ± 3) ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก (mean ± SD = 3.70 ± 0.60) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (mean ± SD = 3.30 ± 0.80) โดยปัจจัยการบริโภคข้าวขาว (ß = 0.363, p = .000) การรับรู้อุปสรรคของการป้องกันภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน (ß = 0.293, p = .000) และการสนับสนุนทางด้านอารมณ์ (ß = 0.208, p = .009) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายภาวะน้ำหนักเกินได้ ร้อยละ 20.30 (R2 = 0.203, R2adj = 0.186, F = 11.832, (p<0.001) ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารควรเพิ่มช่องทางการสื่อสารให้หลากหลาย และจัดหาอุปกรณ์ในการออกกำลังกายไว้ในชุมชน และส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการให้กำลังใจทางบวกในเรื่องการออกกำลังกาย
