บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ หญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มาฝากครรภ์โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 114 คน คัดเลือกด้วยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายและเลือกตามความสะดวก เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและทางสูติศาสตร์ 2) พฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 3) ความกลัวต่อโรคโควิด-19 4) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด-19 5) การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคโควิด-19 6) การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรคโควิด-19 และ 7) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ระดับดี (equation = 34.57, SD 3.80) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด-19 (equation = .288, p = .003) และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 (equation = .250, p = .009) มีอิทธิพลและสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ได้ร้อยละ 11.7 (adjusted R2= .117, F(5, 108) = 4.002, p = .002) ดังนั้นจึงควรจัดทำโปรแกรมให้ความรู้ โดยพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ โควิด-19
