การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายแบบสหสัมพันธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผาสุกและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ ได้แก่ การมีอิสระแห่งตน พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำที่เอาใจใส่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของหัวหน้างาน และบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานกับความผาสุกของพยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกอุบัติเหตุ-ฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี จำนวน 163 ราย คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ผ่าน Google Form เครื่องมือวิจัยผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้วย การประเมินความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (CVI = .97, .88, .96 และ .99) และการทดสอบความเที่ยง (ค่าความเชื่อมั่น = .93, .80, .97 และ .93) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกอุบัติเหตุ-ฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ กรุงเทพมหานคร มีความผาสุกโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.79, SD = .41) โดยบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานการมีอิสระแห่งตน และพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำที่เอาใจใส่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของหัวหน้างาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความผาสุกของพยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกอุบัติเหตุ-ฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .504, .493 และ .426 ตามลำดับ)
