ผลของการจัดอบรมการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเบื้องต้น ของพยาบาลแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยย้อนหลัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการจัดอบรมการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเบื้องต้นของ พยาบาลแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก จำนวน 31 ราย โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ความรู้ในการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ และการประเมินอาการและอาการแสดงรวมถึงการพยาบาลผู้ป่วย ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือวิจัยแบบสอบถาม ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .82 และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการศึกษา พบว่าพยาบาลแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก หลังเข้ารับการอบรมการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเบื้องต้นสูงกว่าก่อนเข้ารับการอบรมเท่ากับ 16.84 คะแนน (SD=2.30) และ 8.03 คะแนน (SD=2.95) ตามลำดับ และมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ p<.05, (t = 13.41) ดังนั้น การแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเบื้องต้นในภาวะปกติหรือภาวะคุกคามชีวิต การประเมินผู้ป่วยนำไปสู่การรายงานแพทย์ทำให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการตรวจ รักษาได้ถูกต้อง รวดเร็วและทันท่วงที การจัดอบรมเพื่อให้พยาบาลมีทักษะเเละความรู้การแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเพิ่มมากขึ้น สามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการทำงาน
