ผลของโปรแกรมสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้วยแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ต่อการรับรู้การปฏิบัติงานด้านความปลอดภัยของพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง และหน่วยเคมีบำบัดโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบ 2 กลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้การปฏิบัติงานด้านความปลอดภัยของพยาบาลผู้ให้ยาเคมีบำบัด เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 50 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 25 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้วยแอปพลิเคชันไลน์และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้การปฏิบัติงานด้านความปลอดภัยการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือได้ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.93 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง (Paired t-test และ Independent t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.78, SD=0.195) ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย อยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 3.50, SD= 0.234) โดยกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< .05) และมี คะแนนหลังเข้าร่วมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<.05)การวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมสนับสนุนทางสังคมผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์มีประสิทธิภาพในการเสริมสร้างการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและการมีส่วนร่วมของพยาบาลผู้ให้ยาเคมีบำบัด ผู้บริหารควรนำไปใช้เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของพยาบาลที่ให้ยาเคมีบำบัด
