ผลของโปรแกรมการเจริญสติต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ต้องปรับตัวกับเพื่อนใหม่ ส่งผลให้เกิดความเครียดและความกดดันจากการเรียน การพัฒนาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์จะช่วยส่งเสริมให้เป็นผู้ที่สามารถตัดสินใจแก้ปัญหาได้เหมาะสม และมีแรงจูงใจในการเรียนในระดับชั้นที่สูงขึ้น เป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีคุณภาพ ทั้งด้านดี ด้านเก่ง และด้านสุข
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบวัดก่อนและหลังทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเจริญสติต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 46 คน กลุ่มทดลอง 23 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 23 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการเจริญสติ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการเรียนตามปกติ เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบประเมินความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ แบบวัดสติภายในพฤติกรรม และโปรแกรมการเจริญสติ วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติไคลสแคว์และสถิติทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ หลังทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (t = 5.07) และมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความฉลาดทางอารมณ์หลังทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (t = 3.26) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์โดยประยุกต์ใช้ โปรแกรมกับนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปี่ที่ 2-4 เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
