ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันของพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลันของพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติ โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 120 ราย จากหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ สังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 4 ฉบับ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความรู้ แบบวัดทัศนคติ และแบบวัดการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพยาบาล มีคะแนนความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก มีทัศนคติในทางที่ดี และมีคะแนนการปฏิบัติในระดับมาก ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยความรู้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับทัศนคติ (r = .226, p < .05) และมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการปฏิบัติ (r = .381, p < .01) ส่วนทัศนคติมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการปฏิบัติ (r = .473, p < .01) ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าการส่งเสริมความรู้ และทัศนคติของพยาบาลส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลที่มีคุณภาพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะสับสนเฉียบพลัน ซึ่งสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางคลินิก และการบริการจัดการทางการพยาบาลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
