บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์มุมมอง 4 มิติธุรกิจของระบบบริการสุขภาพวัยสีเงิน พัฒนาโมเดลธุรกิจวัยสีเงินบนพื้นฐานพฤติกรรมสุขภาพและการมีส่วนร่วมของ 6 ภาคี และศึกษาผลการนำแอปพลิเคชันไปใช้ในเขตนำร่องจังหวัดชัยภูมิ ใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 388 คนสำหรับวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และ 45 คนสำหรับวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ครอบคลุม 14 อำเภอ การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มวัยสีเงินส่วนใหญ่มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา รายได้ครัวเรือนน้อยกว่า 30,000 บาทต่อปี โรคประจำตัวที่พบมากคือ ความดันโลหิตสูง ไขมันในเลือดสูง และเบาหวาน ในมิติธุรกิจ B2C ผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่ไม่เคยซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ กลุ่มที่ซื้อนิยมใช้ Lazada, Facebook และ Shopee ด้วยมูลค่า 100-299 บาทต่อครั้ง การพัฒนาโมเดลธุรกิจใช้เครื่องมือ Business Model Canvas พัฒนาเป็น 5 รูปแบบ คัดเลือกรูปแบบที่ได้คะแนนสูงสุด คือ “ร้านจำหน่ายสินค้าสำหรับผู้สูงอายุออนไลน์” และ “ร้านสะดวกซื้อในชุมชน” โดยบูรณาการทั้งสองรูปแบบ การประเมินแอปพลิเคชันพบประสิทธิภาพในการประเมินสุขภาพแม่นยำ มีค่าสหสัมพันธ์สูงในการประเมินกิจวัตรประจำวัน (0.97) ดัชนีมวลกาย (0.94) และการนอนหลับ (0.91) ผู้ร่วมโครงการ 91% เห็นว่าสภาพแวดล้อมปัจจุบันเอื้อต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาโมเดลการดูแลวัยสีเงิน
