ผลของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อความเข้มแข็งทางใจ เพื่อป้องกันสารเสพติดในวัยรุ่นตอนต้น

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อความเข้มแข็งทางใจ เพื่อป้องกันสารเสพติดในวัยรุ่นตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 68 คน คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 อายุ 13-14 ปี เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด สุ่มอย่างง่ายเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 34 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 34 คน โดยกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนเพื่อป้องกันสารเสพติด จำนวน 8 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 120-150 นาที และกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแล และได้รับการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนตามปกติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาการแจกแจงความถี่และร้อยละโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความเข้มแข็งทางใจ โดยสถิติ t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความความเข้มแข็งทางใจเพื่อป้องกันสารเสพติดของกลุ่มทดลองหลังได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนเพื่อป้องกันสารเสพติด (M=236.05, SD=10.06 ) สูงกว่าก่อนทดลอง (M=196.17, SD=10.06 ) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t=13.36, p<.05) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความความเข้มแข็งทางใจเพื่อป้องกันสารเสพติด ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มทดลอง (D1 = 39.88, SD = 17.39) ที่ได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตน สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมซึ่งได้รับการ ดูแลและการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนตามปกติ (D1 =1.23, SD=37.66 ) มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t=5.43, p < .05)
ผลการวิจัย สนับสนุนว่า โปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตน สามารถเพิ่มความความเข้มแข็งทางใจเพื่อป้องกันสารเสพติดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
