ผลของโปรแกรมเกมกระดาน ปรับ เปลี่ยน ป้อง (Triple P) ต่อความรู้และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ ของนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ

การศึกษาแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ ของนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ภายในกลุ่มและระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มละ 31 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ของนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ร่วมกับโปรแกรมเกมกระดาน ปรับ เปลี่ยน ป้อง (ทริปเปิล พี) ต่อความรู้และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ของนักเรียนหญิงชั้น มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติจำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยภายในกลุ่ม โดยใช้สถิติ Pair Simple t – test และเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างกลุ่ม โดยใช้สถิติ Independent t – test ผลการศึกษา พบว่า หลังการทดลองค่าเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพภายในกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p – value < .001) และหลังการทดลองค่าเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p – value < .001) สรุปได้ว่าโปรแกรมเกมกระดาน ปรับ เปลี่ยน ป้อง (ทริปเปิล พี) ต่อความรู้และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ ของนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น สามารถพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรมเกมกระดานเพื่อพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ เช่น การป้องกันการใช้สารเสพติด การป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจราจร เป็นต้น
