ผลของโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมความรู้ ทักษะการดูแล และสมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อพฤติกรรม ให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข กรุงเทพมหานคร ภายใต้สถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมความรู้ ทักษะการดูแล และสมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อพฤติกรรมให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข กรุงเทพมหานคร ภายใต้สถานการณ์การระบาดของโควิด-19 โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มละ 51 คน โดยกลุ่มที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมได้รับความรู้ การสอนสาธิต การฝึกทักษะการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ระยะเวลา 5 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือหลัก 2 ชุด คือเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือ (Reliability) เท่ากับ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Independent t-test, Paired t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่าอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ภายในกลุ่มก่อนและหลังการทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ย 31.82 และ 37.57 การเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าคะแนนดีกว่าก่อนการทดลอง และดีกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p- value <.05)
