ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลบาดแผลของผู้สูงอายุ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลบาดแผลของผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้สูงอายุที่มีประวัติการมีบาดแผลเปิด ที่เข้ารับการรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพนมสารคาม จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา และมีนัดติดตามแผลหลังเกิดบาดแผล 1 สัปดาห์ จำนวน 70 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลบาดแผลของผู้สูงอายุ และแบบสอบถามความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลบาดแผลของผู้สูงอายุ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา (CVI) 0.89 และ 0.97 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.72 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าพฤติกรรมการดูแลบาดแผลของผู้สูงอายุภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ( = 2.33, SD = 0.54) ปัจจัยที่มี ความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลบาดแผลของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเกิดการติดเชื้อที่บาดแผล (r = 0.73, p<.05) การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการติดเชื้อที่บาดแผล (r = 0.44, p<.05) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับของการดูแลบาดแผล (r = 0.68, p<.05) และการรับรู้อุปสรรคของการดูแลบาดแผลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลบาดแผลของผู้สูงอายุ (r = - 0.45, p<.05)
