ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ในนักท่องเที่ยวไทย

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนมากมีการปฏิบัติการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 66.5 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับการปฏิบัติการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ในนักท่องเที่ยว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ 1) ระดับการศึกษา (r = .182, p < .05) 2) รายได้เฉลี่ย (r = .205, p < .05) 3) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยว (r = .164, p < .05) 4) ทัศนคติ (r = .195, p < .05) 5) การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด 19 (r = .266, p < .05) 6) การสนับสนุน ทางสังคม (r = .095, p < .05) และ 7) มาตรการในการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 (r = .155, p < .05) ส่วนความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด 19 มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการปฏิบัติการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 (r = -.234, p < .05)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ในนักท่องเที่ยวจะมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เมื่อมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก มีข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และมาตรการการป้องกันโรคที่เหมาะสม หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งเสริมปัจจัยเหล่านี้ให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว เพื่อเพิ่มการปฏิบัติการป้องกันโรคที่ถูกต้อง อันจะส่งผลให้อุบัติการณ์และการแพร่กระจายเชื้อโรคโควิด 19 ใน นักท่องเที่ยวลดลง
