ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองเพื่อป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำ ของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชน

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองเพื่อป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง เพื่อป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองอำเภอธาตุพนมจังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 189 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหลอดเลือด 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลตนเอง และ 4) พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติถดถอยพหุคุณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 75.13 ความรู้โรคหลอดเลือดสมอง อยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 57.67 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลตนเอง ร้อยละ 77.78 ปัจจัย อายุ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลตนเอง มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) ปัจจัยความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลตนเอง อายุ และ ความรู้โรคหลอดเลือดสมองมีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองเพื่อป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำ ของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชนร้อยละ89.1(Adj. R2=0.891) ดังนั้นการวางแผนส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันการกลับเป็น ซ้ำของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชน ควรนำปัจจัยเหล่านี้มาพัฒนารูปแบบเพื่อป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองกลับเป็นซ้ำ
